Office of the Employer Advisor Nova Scotia
The Office of the Employer Advisor, Nova Scotia, is the first organization of its kind in the province. As a joint effort by eight stakeholder groups, the OEA is a unique endeavour strictly available to employers and employer associations.
Launched two years ago, the OEA is designed to work with and support employers with issues arising from occupational health and safety, workers' compensation and a variety of workplace issues. It is the focal point for information, training relative to current employment issues affecting employers of Nova Scotia. The OEA will directly contribute to the health and vitality of the Nova Scotia business community.
Where employers find the help they need though Advocacy, Communication and Training - the OEA is committed to serving employers from one end of the province to the other. Access to the OEA is open to all Nova Scotia employers and employer associations.
